Is it fair to judge a restaurant based on past experiences, or should we give each place a fresh chance since so much can change over time? I decided to revisit this restaurant because of the amazing experience I had before, but unfortunately, this visit fell short. The food was subpar overall. I ordered the Banana Foster Waffle and French Toast, but they were out of ice cream, which was disappointing. Making the Banana Foster tableside is a nice touch--you're paying for an experience--but I'd prefer they focus on the taste, even if it means skipping the show. The Hangover Tots were decent, and the Crab Cake Benny was okay, but neither justified the price. I'm all for paying for a great meal, but the flavors didn't match the cost. The decor remains a highlight, with the magazine covers on the wall adding a cool, unique touch. While my experience was a 3.7 out of 5, I hope this was just an off day and that they can return to their previous standard.

Trevor is an absolute gem behind the bar! From the moment you walk in, he makes you feel welcome with his friendly smile and easygoing vibe. His drinks are spot-on , and you can tell he genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a great experience. If Trevor's working, you're in for a good time!

Food: Food presentations were amazing. My husband had the build your own omelette with Carnitas. He said it was amazing and that he really loved the toast. I ordered the hangover tots with short rib and a side of avocado. The flavor profile with the chipotle cream was absolutely amazing. Service: Food service was excellent Ambiance: The aesthetics of the restaurant is very cute . It's definitely a lively and full of energy for young adults. This place is amazingly cute!! It was great place to have a birthday brunch! As it was Wednesday AM, not that much ppl. We ordered ShortRib Slider Care Bear Flight Banana Foster Well I love "Love a lot Bear"(Pink) They did great job to make me feel so good!! and 2nd pick was "Good luck Bear"(Light Green) I was not fan of "Grumpy Bear"(Too taste alchol) And Banana Float!! the sole dish only, it worth to come here! The sever came to the table. And she did amazing presentation! Short Rib Slider was normal good. Highly recommend!!

OMG I love The Stove NY. BEST BRUNCH SPOT IN VEGAS!! Get the champagne gun !!!! SHOUT OUT TO EMMIE !!!!!We love EMMIE her customer service was on point. Her personality was outstanding like a member of the family. It was my first time here and I loved it. Everything was amazing! Customer service was on point. The food was on point . Everything was amazing. We had such a great time. The champagne gun by the firefighter was fun!!! The food was good. The steak and eggs and the sliders were amazing . Ppl loved the chicken and waffles. Bottomless mimosas were bomb with the flavors. We had a great time celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday. This is my new spot when I visit Vegas, about 15 minutes from the strip. You will love it . For a fun brunch spot I highly recommend. Good music, good drinks, good food!

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would... and I don't say that often. I'm here for a Sunday brunch. The service is superior, and the vibe is on point. The brunch tacos are beautifully plated and tasty. My Hangover Heaven Burger is sooooo freaking good... flavorful and juicy. The Milk & Cookies cocktail comes in a cute glass milk carton. It's all in the details! My favorite part is the MUSIC! R&B always makes me feel alive. I will recommend this to anyone looking for a fun brunch spot. Oh, and we ended up getting a free mango mimosa because the bar accidentally made an extra. Bonus! Right before leaving, another table ordered the Banana Foster... yo, when I say it smelled like heaven... I mean it! I gotta order that next time. For real, though. It's prepared table-side with the flames and everything. Two thumbs up!

Came here for brunch yesterday with my husband and friends and it was great! LOVE the interior and atmosphere of the restaurant, it's super cute! They even have a photo booth room! Service was fast and friendly! They have a great bottomless mimosa for brunch or I got the Grumpy Bear! It comes in the cutest glass! I had the vegan and enchiladas and it was delicious! The Lobster Benedict was INCREDIBLE!! The chorizo tacos were great!! The empanadas were packed with beef and super filling! Honestly everything that came out of the window looked amazing! The Stove is a staple when it comes to breakfast/brunch!
